Blender trough

Stainless steel: grade 304.
Capacity: 125 litres.
Two heavy plates made from ms. Covered with s.s. 304 sheets will support the 'u' shaped trough.
Outlet: through macon valve.

Blender shaft & ribbon.

Two ribbons integral with the main shaft running in opposite direction run with minimum clearance from the u shaped trough. Shaft and ribbon made from s.s 304 are supported on bearings in plummer blocks. Teflon gland packing cover is provided on the trough plates.

Blender cover.

Ss. 304 over with proximity switches for open cover.

Timer control for setting of blending time up to 999 minutes.

Buzzer

Buzzer is provided for indication of cycle completion. The buzzer remains on until reset by the operator.
